The ACPA's 2024 Annual Business Meeting

The ACPA's 116th Annual Business Meeting will be held March 17th-19th, 2024, at the Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson, AZ.  The Annual Meeting provides an excellent opportunity to connect with industry friends, associates, and counterparts.

REGISTRATION FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting is open to all ACPA members--both producers and associates--and spouses/guests may also attend for an additional registration fee.  Participation in Sunday's golf tournament is an additional fee for both member's and their spouses/guests.

SPOUSE / GUEST ACTIVITY
There will be an opportunity to play tennis or pickleball on Sunday while others are golfing.  All paddles and rackets are supplied or you are welcome bring your own.  A small court fee may apply.  

GOLF TOURNAMENT
The golf tournament is open to all attendees of the 2024 ACPA Annual Meeting.  You can sign up for the golf tournament when you register or you can sign up separately by clicking here.  Once registered, you will receive more information about the tournament the week before.  The tournament starts at 8:00am local time and breakfast, lunch, and drinks are included.  We will be playing on the Canyon Course.

FOUNDATION DONATIONS
The ACPA Research & Education Foundation is thankful for its many supporters and donors over the years.  This year, in addition to the normal Foundation Donation, we have added the opportunity to sponsor a scholarship to the ACPA Research & Education Foundation / BESSER Scholarship, which is awarded annually at Pipe School.  Over the years, the BESSER Scholarship has grown in applications and in prominence and this gives us the opportunity to grow it even larger.  We appreciate your help and generosity to this worthy cause!
