The ACPA's 2025 Annual Business Meeting
The ACPA's 117th Annual Business Meeting was held March 16th-18th, 2025, at the Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC. The Annual Meeting provides proved to be an excellent opportunity to connect with industry friends, associates, and counterparts.

SPOUSE / GUEST ACTIVITY
Treat your spouse or guest to an exclusive outing on Monday, beginning with a scenic trolley ride from the Wild Dunes Resort to historic downtown Charleston. The trolley departs at 10:00 AM, taking guests to King Street, where they will enjoy a memorable 1-hour carriage ride through Charleston’s rich history, followed by time to explore the renowned shopping area. At 12:30 PM, savor a gourmet lunch at Church & Union. The trolley will depart downtown Charleston at 2:30 PM, arriving back at the resort by 3:00 PM. GOLF TOURNAMENT
The golf tournament is open to all attendees of the 2025 Annual Business Meeting and all proceeds will go to the ACPA's Research & Education Foundation. You can sign up for the golf tournament when you register or you can sign up separately by clicking here. Once registered, you will receive more information about the tournament the week or two before. The tournament starts at 1pm local time with lunch and drinks being included. We will be playing on the Wild Dunes Resort's Links Golf Course. Learn more about the golf course.
Dinner Theme
Swingin' at the Speakeasy
Join industry colleagues and friends on Tuesday night for the Annual Meeting’s Dinner & Auction. The theme for the night, "Swingin' at the Speakeasy," is an invite to an enchanting evening where we step back into the roaring 20s, clad in flapper dresses and pinstripe suits, to enjoy live music, spirited dances, and cocktails with industry friends, partners, and family!
Each year the Foundation hosts live and silent auctions to help raise funds and have a little fun. In effort to raise funds, the ACPA will be reaching out to members asking for items that can be auctioned off starting at the beginning of 2025. Items have historically ranged from guns and gun accessories, hunting/fishing trips, sporting events, industry trainings, and shopping sprees. Everything counts and we appreciate your considered generosity!
